The weekend of the 14th, Bernie & I flew to San Antonio to attend the Nismo Fiesta, put on by the local ZSport club. There were hundreds of cars in attendance, and it was a good chance to hang out with some good friends.
 There was everything from Z32's, 33's, & 34's, to S13 & S14's, r32's, 33, 34 & 35's, to s30's, 510's, etc. It was an awesome showing of Nissan's. The highlight of the day was the s14 w/rb25 that used the stock radiator & clutch fan - "it's never overheated in this tx heat" was a really nice, clean car. On Tuesday, I headed up to SPL Parts, to spend a day with the SPL crew, and bum around the shop and take some pics. What follows are all bcuz race car.

 After that Sean was gracious enough to invite me to his house for a beer, and to crawl all over his Z32 race car
 You can see here where the spoiler is mounted directly to the unibody, but can be removed by just pulling the two pins. very much mod for a purpose - and maintaining some drivability.

 The quality of the CF work is incredible. Sean tells me that some of these kits will be made available for sale in the future. They are very much bcuz race car. I can't thank Sean, Luis (& family) & Milo enough for their hospitality - and Shiner. I was a little under the weather but everyone definitely made it a great trip. We really had a blast, as is to be expected when in TX. Really looking forward to seeing everyone again in AZ for ZCON 2012.
